SCHEMATIC DESIGN

Schematic Design is the first step in providing a basic outline of a job site that DBI CONCEPT enjoys the most. During this process, we brainstorm the clients’ needs through sketching interior perspectives thus the overall concept of the project will be mapped out.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Design Development is the major approach to incorporate all the space planning details and specifications required for a project. Communication with the client is priority before starting design and development process.
